I/O rate for the specified task has reached the critical value
defined for this situation. The I/O rate might be high due to
the following conditions:
- A program loop (not necessarily on this task)
- A program hang
- Large volume of data processing
- DFSMS problem
- Unexpected I/O rate that exceeds best practices
Issue several TASKMON or TASKUTIL commands to see if the I/O
rate is dropping. The TASKUTIL command shows the NetView
command that is running on the task. If the I/O rate
remains higher than best practices for an extended period of time,
stop the task or notify the system programmer.
Note: Consider putting the TASKMON or TASKUTIL command on a timer
to monitor NetView task statistics.
