Overview
The primary objective of the IBM® TRIRIGA®
Application FastStart course is to provide a functional foundation in
the IBM TRIRIGA Service Management Portfolio as well as the Application
Development toolset used to configure and customize the applications
for specific business requirements. If a student has been told they
need to do IBM Service Management consulting, technical sales,
implementation, or use, this course gets them up to functional speed as
quickly and efficiently as possible. In the first week of class, the
student initially follows the instructor by completing small parts or
pieces in the product. As time goes by, the student learns more and
will be encouraged to tackle more independent exercises in some areas.
In the second week of class, the student will receive exposure to the
development toolset. Students should gain an understanding of what kind
of configurations and customizations can be done as well as an
understanding of the relative difficulty or ease of these changes. This
class serves as a foundation to enable success in follow-on training in
either, application functional areas and/or application Platform or
certification.
Course Prerequisites
Students in the course should know computers, consulting, sales,
working as a business analyst, system analyst, consultant, partner or
sales engineer. Essentially, they are IT and business professionals.
