The above example illustrates the format used by the Cúram Reference Application to display minimum and maximum values for a cell. The minimum and maximum values for a cell are separated using a colon (':'), e.g. '0 : 1.5'. If in addition to a range, a value is also specified, the value is separated from the range using another colon character, e.g. '0 : 1.5 : 4'.

In the example above, the account percentage column is used to determine the rate appropriate for each different employer type, e.g. a Q Rate Employer with an account percentage value of 1.9%, will be charged 2.1% for the Normal Rate and 4% for the Subsidiary Rate.
