Evidence Generation

The application has found from its considerable experience in building large evidence based solutions that evidence entities, and the relationships between them, fall into a relatively small number of high level patterns. As the maintenance overhead on evidence code can be quite considerable, especially if the modules being maintained are large, the idea of generating evidence artefacts was initiated. The evidence generator takes input data about the entity, its relationships to other entities as well as meta-data about how it will be maintained on the client. Using these it generates the server-side code and client-side UIM and VIM files and associated properties and help. For more on the evidence generator see the Curam Evidence Generator Cookbook, Curam Evidence Generator Specification and Curam Evidence Generator Modeling Guide.
