Child Elements

The CONDITION element must contain either an IS_TRUE element or an IS_FALSE element. It must not be empty and it must not contain more than one element.

Element Name	Cardinality / Description
`IS_TRUE`	0..1 If the property referenced by the `IS_TRUE` element returns true then the condition is true.
`IS_FALSE`	0..1 If the property referenced by the `IS_FALSE` element returns false then the condition is true.
