Infrastructure Errors

There are many built-in, infrastructure errors, for which the developer can perhaps do no more than retry the page or restart the web application. If these problems persist, technical support should be notified.

These errors should be reported by keeping a copy of the error page source. Since we are in a browser environment, this is achieved by simply selecting File-->Save As... from the menu, or selecting View-->Source to bring up a text editor and then saving the document. The information in the source of the page may be useful in identifying and resolving the error.
