Messages from message catalogs are used in many instances in Cúram and localized at runtime as described in Retrieving Messages from Message Files. Localization of server log messages is different in that it is performed by the server infrastructure based on the default server locale. In this case, the locale used when writing to Cúram server logs is set by configuring the curam.environment.default.locale property in Application.prx.
