The report needs to be rebound to its report package. Either open the report in Report Studio and from the file menu select package, choose the right package and save the report. Or for example select the "core case datamart" folder on the Cognos home page, select "more" on the right hand side of any report, select "Set properties" then "link to package" and rebind to the correct package.
