It may be possible for a program to be applied for at a local office. If this is the case, the Citizen Can Apply At Local Office indicator can be used to dictate that local office information is displayed in UA for a particular program. Additional information can also be defined, for example, a citizen may need to bring proof of identity if the citizen wants to apply at the local office. An administrator can define this information in the Local Office Application Information field.
