A case processing system must be specified for each program. There are two options available; 'Cúram' or select from pre-configured remote systems. Select 'Cúram' if the program eligibility is determined and managed using a Cúram based system. Select a remote system if eligibility is determined and managed by a non-Cúram based system.
If Cúram is selected as the case processing system, additional options are available to allow for program level authorization to be configured. Program level authorization means that if an application case contains multiple programs, each program can be authorized individually and a separate integrated case is used to manage the clients ongoing case. The following options are available.
