The objective of outcome management is to enable an agency to achieve better outcomes for clients by identifying their real needs and addressing these needs with appropriate service delivery. Outcome Management also enables an agency to focus on the results the organization is trying to achieve, for example, the number of clients achieving Self Sufficiency is to increase by 15 percent in the following year. The ability of the agency to state clearly and simply the results of the clients enables the agency to potentially generate additional funds if necessary.
