A case relationship is a link between an outcome plan and an integrated case. Case relationships can be created manually by a case worker or automatically during case processing. A relationship can be manually created between two cases for a number of reasons. For example, a Child Welfare Case can be related to a Return Home outcome plan. Certain relationships are created automatically during case processing, for example when an outcome plan is created from an integrated case, a case relationship record is created between the outcome plan and the integrated case.
