A case worker may be the owner and/or an MDT member on a number of outcome plans at any one time. To assist the case worker in managing their outcome plans, Outcome Management provides a My Outcome Plans view which displays a list of the open outcome plans that the case worker is currently participating in, either as the owner or as an MDT member.
