Tracking Actual Visits

Visitation logs enable the user to capture the details of actual visits/interactions that occur for a visitation plan. The caseworker must specify the clients visited and visitors on the visitation log along with the visit date, quality of the interaction, the contact method, whether the visit was scheduled, unscheduled or rescheduled. If the visit is a rescheduled visit, the rescheuled reason must be provided. The caseworker is required to provide a narrative or description of the visit.
