Outcome Management allows agencies to define different types of outcome plans. Once outcome plans have been defined, plans can be created to identify and address client needs. There are a number of aspects to configuring an outcome plan:

- configuring outcome plan objectives
- configuring outcome plan factors
- configuring multidisciplinary teams and members
- configuring visits
- configuring printable document content
The figure below shows an example of the structure of an outcome plan. Each of these elements are described in more detail in this section.
