Universal Access - Triage

A sample Intelligence Evidence Gathering (IEG) script provides a high level set of questions (including help text) focusing on 6 basic need categories:
- Food and Clothing
- Shelter
- Finance
- Physical and Mental Health
- Safety
- Education
A rule-set which determines, based on the questions answered in the triage IEG script, the services and government programs that will be recommended
