Categorically Needy Pregnant Woman Requirements

The following rules must be satisfied:

1. The woman is pregnant AND
2. She is not an SSI Recipient AND
3. She is not a Child receiving Federal, State or Local government Foster Care payments AND
4. She is not a Child receiving Federal, State or Local government Adoption Assistance payments AND
5. The pregnant woman does not leave the state.
