Throughout the intake process, the worker has the facility to capture notes about the client. Cúram Intake provides an on-screen tool which allows the worker to enter a note at any stage in the process from the person home page, triage results, screening results and application case. Notes are used to capture additional information about a client that may not be covered in question scripts or evidence. For example, if a client is acting in an aggressive manner, the worker might want to make a note of it to warn other workers to be aware of it when dealing with the client. A history of notes is maintained.
