Once a community service or external agency is recorded for the referral it is sent to the provider or agency when there is an email address on file. If there is no email address recorded for the provider or external agency, the referral will remain unsent. The worker may then print out the referral and give it to the client to bring to the provider or external agency, or it may be sent by post.
