The worker has the ability to deny a program on an application case, for example, if authorization of the program failed because the client is ineligible, or the client is already in receipt of the program. The worker enters a denial reason and any additional comments in relation to the denial. The worker can select to deny a program at any point in the application case lifecycle prior to case closure.
