Applications submitted online via Universal Access can be processed internally using Cúram Intake. Configuration options are provided to allow an organization to configure which system applications submitted online are processed in, i.e. Cúram or another external system If Cúram is the intake processing system, the application case creation process is invoked when an application is submitted online. Once the application case is created, it can be processed manually by a worker, or automatically by the system based on configuration settings.
