Application Case Ownership

Cúram Intake provides configuration settings to allow an organization to define the ownership strategy for application cases. Different strategies can be configured for application cases created from online applications, or application cases created internally by a worker. Application cases can be assigned to any organization object, i.e. a user, organization unit, position or work queue. This enables the organization to implement its own application case ownership strategy by allowing any user or users within an organization unit, position or work queue to perform tasks on an application case. Assigning application ownership to an organization object or group provides visibility of the application case to more than one user.

The application case owner can also be manually set to be any user or group of users within the organization.
