Household who meets the categorical eligibility definition is not considered categorically eligible for Food Assistance when any of the following apply:
- Entire Household is institutionalized in a non-exempt facility OR
- Entire Household is disqualified for any reason OR
- Household member is disqualified for an intentional program violation(IPV) OR
- Household member is disqualified because of a drug-related felony conviction OR
- Household is ineligible under the striker rules.
