The details of the task associated with a specified process instance may be used as the search criteria here:
- Task ID - this search criteria returns all workflow process
instances which reference a specific task identifier, including the
workflow process instance the task was created from or is a part of.
- Tasks Reserved By User - this search criteria returns all
workflow process instances which include tasks that are part of that
user's My Tasks list.
- Tasks Associated With Case Reference - this search criteria
retrieves all workflow process instances which include open tasks
that are associated with the specified case.
- Tasks Associated with Participant - this search retrieves all
workflow process instances which includes open tasks associated with
the specified participant.
