The Workflow Process Definition Tool (PDT) is used to define workflows. Once the workflows are defined, instances of these workflows will exist during runtime and therefore these workflow instances may require monitoring. Administration users are typically responsible for monitoring or maintaining workflow process instance. This includes searching for workflow process instances, viewing process instance information, and monitoring process instance errors.
