The business object contains the configuration data for a work queue. A work queue is a subscription based list that can be assigned as a target item for an allocation target. They are maintained using the Workflow Administration functionality where an administrator can create, edit or remove work queues from the system. An administrator may subscribe users to the work queue or the users themselves can subscribe to the work queue.
