Priority, Complexity, Risk (PCR)

The business object contains the data for a Priority Complexity Risk (PCR) configuration. PCR is a mechanism which enables agencies to provide a differential response when dealing with a client. Priority is the time line in which a case or application must be dealt with. Complexity refers to the complexity of the situation, based on, for example, the number of household members.
