Contact Log

The business object contains the configuration data for a contact log. Contact log is used by caseworkers to document the actions they have taken, the individuals they have spoken to, what they have learned, conclusions they reached based on this information, and the basis or rationale for those conclusions. The contact log allows a caseworker the ability to capture details of events, interviews and/or meetings in a timely fashion so that the descriptions of those events are not influenced by later events.
