The Case Workspace enables the supervisor to assess the task load associated with a case, and to distribute those tasks as he or she sees fit. Any issues that are associated with the case can be viewed, and reassigned if necessary. The supervisor can also access the case users schedule, which lists the activities of all users who have a role in the case. It is also possible to reassign the case itself to another user.
