The Case List in the Supervisor Workspace

The supervisor manages work for:

• Cases owned and supervised by the supervisor.
• Cases owned by one of the supervisor's users.
• Cases owned by one of the supervisor's position.
• Cases owned by one of the supervisor's organization unit.
• Cases owned by one of the supervisor's work queue.

To preserve system performance, the supervisor must filter their case list by case owner. In addition, these cases can be filtered by product, case status. Filtering enables the supervisor to manage a single set of cases at a time, for example, all cases with a status of approved.
