Focused views of cases and tasks enable the supervisor to prioritize the work that has approaching deadlines. The Supervisor Workspace functions as a portal to these views. From the Supervisor Workspace, the supervisor can choose a particular focus, for example, all cases with issues, or the current tasks of a specific user.
