Multiple tasks from a work queue can be reserved to a single user using the Reserve Tasks function. The supervisor can choose a user from either a list of all the users that report to them, or search for any user in the organization using the user search. The tasks to be reserved to that user are selected from a list of all tasks assigned to the work queue.
