The supervisor can reserve multiple tasks from a work queue to the user. This function can be used to help clear tasks from a work queue that is overloaded. As with reserving tasks from the assigned tasks list, the supervisor can pick the number of tasks to be reserved, but cannot choose the specific tasks.
