Viewing the issues associated with a case by type enables the supervisor to quickly assess which type of issue occurs most frequently on this case, so that these issues may be addressed effectively. Case issues can be viewed by type as a bar chart or list. From the bar chart, the supervisor can drill down to a list of issues of a particular type. This allows the supervisor to reassign all or some issue cases of a particular type, to an individual user who specializes in this type of work. The supervisor can also reassign the issues using the automatic reassignment option.
