Valid Member

Valid members include the client and any family members who satisfy certain criteria:

• Is the client OR

• Is a family member AND

• Is in receipt of Medical Assistance OR

• The family member is disqualified from Medical Assistance OR

• The family member deems to the client

• Member lives at home with the person responsible for payment of the expense
