A service plan is usually closed once all activities have been completed, but it can be closed at any time during its delivery. A closed service plan can still be accessed from the integrated case to which it was added.
On closure, a communication can be created for the plan participants informing them of the outcome of the service plan. The organization can customize this communication to include information such as the individual outcomes for each plan item and any outstanding issues.
