Approval Process

The approval process is the submission of the service plan for approval once the case worker and client are satisfied that the plan addresses the client's specific needs. This ensures that the services and activities defined within the service plan are both appropriate to the client and cost effective for the organization.

Cúram Service Planning provides the ability to approve the service plan and all of its components. Alternatively, plan items can be approved individually. Cúram Service Planning also provides the ability to approve submitted milestone waiver requests.
