The Cúram Service Planning Administration component also allows organizations to configure the tasks that can be associated to a plan item. As part of configuring a task, the name, subject, and priority of the task may be defined. The task can be configured to either be reserved to the owner of the planned item or an allocation target can be specified, such as a particular user or organization unit. The action to be taken as part of addressing the task can also be configured.
