The Cúram Service Planning Administration component provides an organization with the ability to distinguish between different types of plan items. An organization can integrate a plan item with an application object, e.g. a Product Delivery. The Cúram Service Planning framework also allows organizations to design their own pages specific to the behavior of their individual plan items. When a case worker delivers a plan item to a client, the screens associated with this type of plan item will be used as a mechanism for the delivery of this plan item to the client.
