A structured platform is provided on which to build a service plan, enabling organizations to easily integrate a wide range of programs. Cúram Service Planning consists of two components which provide an organization with comprehensive support for developing and managing effective service plans; the Service Planning Administration component and the Service Planning Application.
This chapter outlines how the Service Planning Administration component enables organizations to configure service plans. This chapter also gives an overview of how these plans are delivered to a client.
