Renaming Service and Custom Service Plan Items

When a case worker chooses to include a service or custom service plan item as part of a service plan, the case worker can choose to rename the plan item. This allows the service or custom service plan item to be easily differentiated from other similar plan items by allowing a case worker to tailor the plan items to suit the specific needs of a participant. For example, when viewing a service plan Tracking Gantt chart, the case worker can more easily see what the individual service or custom service plan item addresses.
