Introduction

If the Cúram Provider Management (CPM) enterprise module is implemented, there are a number of service plan features that can be used in the provision of services to participants. Providers that are registered with the organization as part of CPM can offer their services as part of a service plan. When a case worker creates a service plan, service and custom service plan items can be added to it. Case workers can also record and measure client participation in these service plan items.

The association between a service plan item or a custom service plan item and a service offering is made in the CPM module Services Registry. For a service plan item, this is done at the point of configuration of the service plan item by an administrator. For a custom service plan item, this is done at the point at which the plan item is added to a service plan by a case worker. This chapter describes the principal features of service and custom service plan items.
