Evaluation of service deliveries involves answering questions related to various factors influencing the delivery such as staff attention, facility cleanliness etc. This serves two purposes: to determine the effectiveness of the delivery, and to evaluate provider efficiency. Refer to Cúram Integrated Case Management Guide for more information on service delivery and evaluation. Evaluating provider efficiency is the focus of service evaluation with respect to CPM.
Evaluation criteria are defined in the Administration application and the responses are captured from the service delivery. The responses are scored in order to determine the outcome of the evaluation. The outcome of the evaluation can be used to feed in to provider performance measurement. For more information, see Measuring Provider Performance.
