Jobs are the functional roles of users within the organization. A user will have a job title that describes the type of work that the user does, for example, social worker or claims analyst. The organization's list of jobs can be mapped to users within the organization. This is done via a user's position assignment. Work can be assigned or allocated to users based on their jobs.
