Scheduling Organization Activities

The organization calendar is used to record once-off and recurring activities for the organization. Activities can be scheduled from an organization calendar by an administrator. Organization activities cannot be related to a concern or a case. Invitees cannot be selected for organization activities, as organization activities address the organization as a whole. If required, a location can be selected for the activity. A start time and end time must also be specified.

Organization activities apply to all system users and thus will appear on the organization activity calendar, a user's individual calendar, and the equivalent user calendar accessible from a user home page.
