The case worker workspace provides features that allow case workers to perform case searches and query cases. Case searches can be performed at the organization level and also at the user level. The user level case search functionality provides access to any cases assigned to the case worker who is currently logged in. The organization level case search accesses any cases existing within the organization regardless of the case worker they are assigned to.
