Sensitivity security determines user access to sensitive information. This is done by comparing the user's sensitivity level to the element's sensitivity level (sensitivity levels range from 1-5 with 5 being the highest level). Sensitivity ensures that only users who can be trusted with certain information can access that information. For example, certain cases may be high profile. The data on such cases would have a high sensitivity level. Only users with the same high sensitivity level could access the case information.
Case notes are assigned a sensitivity level whereby only users with a sensitivity equal to or higher than the sensitivity level for the case note can view the note details. Additional sensitivity security is available for services and outcome plans: all services, and the actions and attachments within an outcome plan are assigned sensitivity levels. In order for a user to have access to the specific service or action and attachment within an outcome plan, the user must have a sensitivity level equal to or higher than the specific data.
