of an integrated case to manage programs and services that meet the
needs of clients.

- This chapter provides an overview of the business processes
that allow the agency to deliver benefits to clients. The processes
include creating a product delivery case, capturing real world
information about the client, client eligibility and entitlement
determination, and the delivery of the benefit to the client in the
form of monetary payments.

that allow the agency to deliver services to clients. These
