Activities can be associated with a case. When an activity is created in a user's calendar, the user can associate the activity with a case reference number. When an activity is created and associated with a case reference number, an activity event is created for the related case.
When an activity is first created from within a case, the user can select a concerning participant from a list of case participants. Similarly, when an activity is first created from the user calendar, the user can search for and select a concerning participant. After the activity has been created, the user can change the concerning participant by searching for and selecting another registered participant.
