Meeting Minutes Sensitivity

Given the nature of the sometimes sensitive case and participant information that case workers deal with on a daily basis, it is important to be able to limit access to such information. Meeting minutes have a sensitivity rating which can be used for this purpose. Meeting minutes can have a sensitivity rating of 1 to 5, where 1 means that all attendees can view the minutes. Meetings with a sensitivity of 2 can only be viewed by users with a sensitivity rating of 2 and above, and so on. The sensitivity on the meeting minutes record can be set to a value equal to and less than the logged in user or equal to or higher than the client involved in the meeting with the lowest sensitivity rating.
